- 1 lb beans (we recommend Anasazi beans)
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 lbs link sausage
- 1 chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Mexene chili powder
- 2 greens onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook until beans are tender.
- Serve with toasted bread and a cup of coffee.
