Do you ship to APO/FPO and US military personnel addresses?
Yes.

How do I address my shipment to an APO/FPO?
Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO addresses (if assigned).

From the USPS:
"Each shipment to an APO/FPO/DPO needs the recipient's name, rank, and unit, and the APO/FPO/DPO address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™. Always include a return address. Mail and shipments must be addressed to a specific person; addressing to "Any Service Member" is no longer permitted. To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses."

How much will my shipping costs be?
Our website uses a real-time shipping quotes app to provide you with multiple shipping options, based on your delivery zip code and the item weight.

Select your product(s), then add to Cart. The application will slide out (or pop out) to show rate options.
(Desktop and mobile devices may look slightly different.)
If you are buying multiple products, you'll be provided with options also at the end of your order, before final payment.

When Will My Order Arrive? Do You Send Tracking Information?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Note that federally recognized holidays will not be shipment days.

USPS priority mail, Fedex Ground and UPS ground will typically arrive 3-5 business days after the shipment date.
Sometimes, however, weather and high package volumes will cause unforeseen delays.
USPS First Class mail typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

You will receive tracking information by email when your shipment leaves our warehouse.
It's easy to follow your package's progress with your tracking number.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Amex, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Sorry, no COD orders.

What is Your Return Policy?
All food item purchases are final.
However, in the event of our error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to make things right.
