- In a gallon size storage bag, combine 2 Casa Fiesta Fajita with 8 oz water, beer or wine, and skirt steak.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- In a saucepan, add refried beans, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, and adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers. Heat to a simmer.
- After marinating, grill the skirt steak until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F.
- Thinly slice or cube the skirt steak and set aside.
- Warm tortillas on grill or in oven and assemble tacos by spreading refried beans on the inside of the tortillas, adding steak, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese, if desired.
