Garlic Shrimp with Mexene

Inspired by:


  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • 1/2 cup Mexene Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Peel and devein shrimp
  • Combine all ingredients. Put salt and pepper to taste.
  • Marinate 2-3 hours. 
  • Heat grilled pan and put olive oil.
  • Roast the shrimp until it turns pink.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
