- 2 lbs shrimp
- garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- 1/2 cup Mexene Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Peel and devein shrimp
- Combine all ingredients. Put salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate 2-3 hours.
- Heat grilled pan and put olive oil.
- Roast the shrimp until it turns pink.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
