Preheat oven to 425 F. Empty package contents in a bowl. Slightly beat 1 egg and add to the mixture. Add 2/3 cup of milk and mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch pan or muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

The sopaipilla is a Tex-Mex pasty tradition. Leavened dough is rolled flat, cut into shapes and deep-fried. The result is a puffy delight -- a crisp crust with a hollow interior.
Sopaipillas may be enjoyed as an entrée or a dessert. Dessert sopapillas are typically sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon; honey may be drizzled into the hollow centers as soon as they are fried. To use as an entrée, make a slit in one end and fill the pastry with seasoned taco meat and/or refried beans. Top with chili and shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix 1/2 cup of milk and Bis-Kit Mix. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Roll dough into 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch thick cutter without twisting. Transfer to baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
