Pancake Preparations:

Preheat griddle to 400 deg F. Mix 1 cup of milk and 1 egg in a bowl. Add pan-kit Mix and mix until thoroughly moistened. Pour or sccop the batter onto the griddle and cook for about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes per side.

Best Mix Ever!!

This is the best mix I have ever used. I used when my kids were little. Now I use it for my grandkids. The flavor of these are great. The pancakes rise nicely and taste even better.

Best pancake mix I've found

I stumbled across Morrison's Pan-Kits online about 20 years ago, ordered a case and shared them with many friends. Having moved to a different state recently, I'm doing that again here too. Everyone I know has loved these pancakes as much as I do and they are almost too easy to make perfect every time!

My mother will buy no other brand
